On December 2017, our designer Su Jinhui’s work was selected in 2017 ADCK Asia Design Exhibition and won excellent award. This work made it debut at Iang Art Gallery in Seoul ,Korea.

On December 20 to 22, on the invitation of Taihe County, Jiangxi Province’s government, our president Yang Yonggang attended the discussion on the GI trademark “Taihe Blackbone chicken” ’s usage and management and delivered an important speech. He then visited “Taihe Blackbone chicken” ’s industrial chain bases such as its growing field, Jiangxi Baifeng Wine Industry Co.,Ltd., Taihe County’s e-commerce association, Jiangxi Beideli bioengineering Co., Ltd. and its origin place.

On December 19, 2017, Guangdong Industry and Commerce Bureau and CTA co-hosted 2017 southern trademark brand high-end forum with the theme of “international trademark registration and protection”

On December 19, 2017, after the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Monalisa Group co., Ltd. officially went public at Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As the main consultant for Monalisa, our president Yang Yonggang was invited to the Exchange to witness the ceremony.

On December 17 to 18, co-hosted by CTA and the trademark association of Shunde, Foshan City, a training class with the theme of “trademark brand protection” was held at Midea Global Innovation Center in Shunde, Foshan City. Our vice president Sun Ying led a team to participate in this training.On December 16, 2017, the 9^th Shanxi merchant annual meeting was held in Beijing. According to the selection standard, our president Yang Yonggang was honored with top 100 Shanxi Merchant on the recommendation of the Shanxi chamber of commerce in Guangdong Province.

On December 15, 2017, the 2017 working conference of co-organizers of China Shanxi merchant club was held in Shanxi Mansion in Beijing, where our president Yang Yonggang was invited to make an important speech.

On December 6, 2017, co-hosted by CTA and the Chinese Commercial & Industrial Coordination Society, the 12^th “2017 cross-strait trademark forum” & “cross-strait youth association of trademark brand innovation” was held in Xinbei, Taiwan. Our president Yang Yonggang was invited to attend and welcomed by Zhang Pingzhao, chairman of the Chinese Commercial & Industrial Coordination Society, and during December 7 to 9, he visited such GI trademark industrial base as that of Riyue Lake Red tea, Ali Mountain Oolong tea, Qishan Banana and Gukeng Coffee.

On December 9, 2017, “the forum on trademark rights protection under internet environment”, hosed by the internet law research center of South China University of Technology and sponsored by Guangzhou Kugou Computer technology Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Meiya Pico Information Co.,Ltd., was held in Guangzhou, and Sun Ying, vice president of our company and president of our Guangdong subsidiary, attended this forum.

On November, 2017, by being granted ”Beijing tax credit A-level enterprise for 2016” by both Beijing State Taxation Administration and Local Taxation Bureau, our company achieved the highest credit level.

On November 5, 2017, as the consultant and main propellent for “Wanrong Apple”, a GI trademark and agricultural public brand, our president Yang Yonggang was invited to attend the 2^nd Shanxi(Yuncheng) international fruit trade exhibition co-hosted by Yuncheng Government and China Fruit Marketing Association.

On October 25, 2017, our agent Zhang Yan participated in the trademark business training class held in Beijing by CTA.

On September 23, 2017, our designer Su Jinhui’s work was selected as top ten work of 24 solar terms identification system in the professional group and won the third prize.

September 18-20, 2017, Yang Yonggang, president of our agency, was invited as an expert consultant to participate in the Forum on Precision Poverty Alleviation Using GI Trademarks in Ningde City, Fujian Province, and accompanied with the China Industry and Commerce Press, Xinhua News Agency’ s National Financial Weekly, Legal Daily, Economic Daily, Mission The Central Chinese Children's Magazine and China Consumer News formed an interview with the news media interview group.

On the evening of September 3, 2017, Yang Yonggang, president of our agency, accepted an exclusive interview for Highlight of the day, which is a publication organized by the China Trademark Association and China Industry and Commerce Press for 2017 China International Trademark Festival. On September 4th, the the back cover on eighth edition of Highlight of the day was a whole page report theme as "Making Golden Brand with Craftsmen's Spirit - An Interview with Yang Yonggang, Director of Beijing Huangjinzhihui Intellectual Property Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd."

On the morning of September 4, 2017, hosted by the China Trademark Association, co-hosted by our agency, the "Geographic Indication Trademark Forum" was held in the International Conference Hall of Guilin International Convention Center. The forum was hosted by Yang Yonggang, president of our agency. The opening ceremony of the Geographical Indications Branch of the China Trademark Association was held in the forum. Yang Yonggang, Director of our agency, was appointed as the Deputy Secretary-General, fully explaining the importance attached by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Trademark Association and their high recognition to Yang Yonggang’s work and influence over Geographical Indications.

On September 1-4, 2017, during the 2017 China International Trademark Festival, booth of our firm welcomed thousands of guests from all over the world to visit and have friendly exchange of ideas, fully demonstrating the brand and image of our firm. Our booth provided a comprehensive and multi-level cooperation platform for exchange and communication between well-known enterprises at home and abroad and agencies.

On September 3, 2017, the "2016-2017 Outstanding Trademark Agency Case" Award was announced in the 2017 China International Trademark Festival. The invalidation case of "尸兄"(Shixiong) entrusted by Tencent comapany was awarded as one of the 21 “Outstanding Trademark Case”. Our agency has been awarded with Outstanding Trademark Case for three consecutive years.

On the evening of September 1, 2017, the 2017 China International Brand Brand Festival welcome reception was held in Guilin International Convention  Center. Our agency was honored with the 2017 Award for Excellent Brand Building, and the president of our agency Yang Yonggang received the award as the company representative.

On the evening of September 1, 2017, the 2017 China International Brand Brand Festival Awards Ceremony was held in Guilin. Our agency won the Award for Outstanding Trademark Agency 2016-2017. Our agency has been awarded as Outstanding National Trademark Agency for six consecutive years.

On September 1, 2017, the 7th Council Meeting of China Trademark Association was held in Guilin International Convention Center, the meeting was hosted by Wang Peizhang, Secretary General of China Trademark Association, as Vice Chairman of the association, the president of our agency Yang Yonggang attended the meeting.

On August 22, 2017, co-hosted by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and USPTO, Seminar on Brand Strategy and Innovative policy of China and U.S Brands was held in Beijing, and member of our agency attended the meeting.

On August 20-26, 2017, hosted by the Office of the Leading Group for Private Economic Development of Qingdao City and the Administration of Industry and Commerce of Qingdao, organized by China Industry and Commerce Press, the first "Qingdao Small and Micro-enterprise Entrepreneurial Elites and Training Session on Party Building of Non-public Economy Section” was held in Changde City, Hunan Province. In the afternoon of August 21, the president of our agency Yang Yonggang gave a 3 hours’ lecture on trademark registration and protection, including topics on geographical indication, well-known trademark, Madrid system, trademark squatting, the lectured received warm welcomed with the attendees.

On July 19-20, 2017, a promotion and research team of 7 people, composed of member of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, fortnightly publication of Administration for Industry & Commerce, Xinhua News, Legal Daily and president of our agency Yang Yonggang arrived in Dongying. The team is received by a group of 7 people and had seminar, including Zhang Qingsheng, the Director General of Administration of Industry and Commerce of Dongying City, Xu Aihua, the Deputy Director of Administration of Industry and Commerce of Dongying City, Xu Zungui, Section Chief, member of Dongying Daily, Dongying TV, Victory TV. After the seminar, the promotion and research team visited Shandong Deshi Petrochemical Engineering Group, president of our agency Yang Yonggang answered question and provided guidance on international trademark application and disputes for the company.

On June 29, 2017, approved by the State Council, co-hosted by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and WIPO, the World Geographical Indication Meeting was held in Yangzhou Convention Center. Our agency’s case “Wanrong Apple” was elected as No.2 of “Top 10 Outstanding Examples of making farmers wealthier by trademark, using geographical indication to achieve targeted poverty alleviation” by the Trademark Office of the State Council,co-hosted by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and China Industry and Commerce News.

On June 25, 2017, The 2nd Member Seminar of Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong was held in the meeting room of Shanxi Buidling in Guangzhou. Upon special invitation, our agency was promoted from Vice Chairman of the Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong to Standing Vice Chairman of the Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong. Zhang Guang, the former Deputy Director of Guangdong Public Security Bureau and Zhao Junfeng , Executive Vice Chairman presented the plaque inscribed with ”Standing Vice Chairman of the Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong” to Sun Ying, Vice General Manager of our firm and General Manager of our Guangdong Branch.

On June 23-24, 2017, hosted by China Trademark Association, undertook by Zhongqi Trademark Identification Center, Advanced Seminar on Trademark Protection Practice was held in Xi’an, and members of agency took part in it.

On June 15,2017, Wang Yixin, Led by Deputy Provincial Governor of the Provincial People’s Government of Shanxi, the Trade and Investment Attraction Promotion Fair (Pearl river delta) of Shanxi Province was held in Guangzhou. Leaders of relevant goverment department of Shanxi Province, Mayors and leaders of Provincial People’s Government of Guangdong, representatives of chambers of commerce, enterprises attended the meeting, the president of our agency Yang Yonggang was invited to gave a speech at the meeting.

On June 3-4, 2017, hosted by China Intellectual Property Law Association, undertook by China Renmin University, co-hosted by Intellectual Property School of China Renmin University, 2017 China Intellectual Property Law Association Annual meeting with theme as “Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation, Protection on the Background of Globalization was held in Beijing, and member of our agency took part in it.

Spanish time 4 p.m of June 3rd to 4th, 2017, the 139th INTA Annual Meeting was held in Barcelona. In the morning, leaders of INTA and CTA meeting was held, member of INTA board member, Xiao Yun, Deputy Secretary of CTA and board member of INTA, attended the meeting, the president of our agency Yang Yonggang was invited to attend the meeting and had friendly discussion with Etienne Sanz de Acedo, Chief executive officer of the INTA, Joseph Ferretti, Chairman of INTA and other leaders.

On April 25, 2018, hosted by office of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the P.R.C. and China Trademark Association, co-hosted by Ziguang Joint Stock Limited Company and Jingdong Group, with the theme as “innovation, protection, development”, the second Trademark Administrative Enforcement and Judicial protection Forum was held in Beijing successfully, the president of our agency Yang Yonggang was invited to attend the meeting.

On April 7, 2017, hosted by China Industry and Commerce Press, co-organized by Administration of Industry and Commerce of Linyi, symposium on Utilization and Protection of Geographical Indication was hosted in the city that is rich in History and Culture, Linyi. Address was given by Li Chaohui, Vice Mayor of Linyi City.The symposium was hosted by Hong Dan, Chief Editor of China Industry and Commerce Press. At the same meeting, Lin Dong,Director of Administration of Industry and Commerce of Linyi, Sun Yuqin, Director of Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce of Shandong, Wang Haibin,Deputy Director State Administration of Industry and Commerce of P.R.C, leaders of Linyi Administration of Quality Supervision and Linyi Agricultural Bureau, representatives from Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce of Hubei, Zhejiang, Gansu and other cities, representatives from China Geographical Indications Industry Association, Liu Yang, expert from Governance Section in Alibaba made statements and discussions, Zheng Guanlan, Chief Editor of China Industry and Commerce Press made summary of the statements and discussion. As the only representative for agent of Geographical Indications, Yang Yonggang of our agency was invited and gave a speech.

On March 29, 2017, the opening ceremony of the complex building of Nanhai national IP services was initiated. Under the attention of government departments of science, technology, industry and commerce, Huangjinzhihui Guangdong subsidiary made an offical entry into it, and officials from four different levels, namely, China, Guangdong Province, Foshan City and Nanhai District and from local government were present to inspect our work.

On February 23-25, March 3-4, March 10-11, March 17-18 of 2017, attorney of our agency took part in Training Workshop for Standard for Examination and Review of Trademarks and Supreme People's Court of China (SPC)’s Interpretation of Administrative Cases Relating to Grant and Validation of Trademarks held by CTA in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Yangzhou.

On February 20 to 25,2017, the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Congress (CPPCC) of Yuncheng City was held, as member of CPPCC Standing Committee of Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, the president of our agency Yang Yonggang attended the two meetings.

On February 14, 2017, the president of our agency Yangyonggang, as consultant for Wanrong County Government,together with Researcher Jiang Wenlong from Research Center of Agricultural Brand, Zhejiang University, Professor Niu Zimian, Chief expert of fruit industry from Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, gave lecture at Conference on Development of Wanrong Fruit Industry. In the afternoon, Mr.Yang attended Symposium on Brand Development Strategy of Wanrong held by Bureau of Industry and Commerce and Quality and Technical Supervision and exchanged knowledge and experience on brand development strategy with 23 companies from different industries include pharmaceutical industry, fruit industry,tourism,e-commerce,culture and food. In the evening, Mr. Yang attended High-level Forum on Development of Fruit Industry in Wanrong-Dialogue in Wanrong TV station, his summaries on regional shared brand of Wanrong apple and management of private brand was a hot spot of the forum.

On January 19, 2017, China Industry and Commerce Press hosted “Trademark Book Launch 2017 & Seminar on Advancing Trademark Registration facilitation and Reforming Publishing Service” in Trademark Building, the event was attended by leaders from TMO,TRAB, Trademark Examination Cooperation Center and CTA, representatives of the Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce of Guangdong, Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce of Zhejiang, Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce of Shandong and author of some of the new books launched. The book launch was hosted by Li Yiqun, Deputy Chief Editor of China Industry and Commerce Press, Chen Meng, Deputy Party Secretary from CTMO. Yang Yonggang, president of our agency and Lei Guangcheng, Deputy Director of China Industry and Commerce Press made speeches.
