On December 29, 2018, Our president Yang Yonggang was appointed as the adjunct professor of Zhengzhou University’s Law School/IP School. Hosted by assistant to the dean Zheng Yu, the appointment ceremony took place at the moot court of Zhengzhou University where school leaders Liang Qingya, Miao Lianying, Yue linqiang and Xu Xiaohua, and our vice president Guo Jiangfeng participated.

On December 16, 2018, the 2018 expert exchange meeting on cultural development of Chinese geographical indication brands was held in Beijing where the blue paper “Research Report of Chinese Geographical Indication Brand Development(2018)” was issued and heat discussions was made about the first international exhibition on geographical indication brands & forum on Chinese geographical indication brand development, the establishment of online museum of Chinese geographical indication brand product, and the constrction of industrial park of Chinese geographical indication brands. Yang Yonggang, our president and the excutive president of CTA’s GI branch, was invited and made an important speech.

On December 15, 2018, the 2018 working conference of co-organizers of 10th Shanxi Merchants’ annual meeting was held at Shanxi Mansion located in Beijing. Liu Wenbin, secretary general of China Shanxi Merchant Club, and Ma Wenqing, its executive deputy secretary general, and representatives of 102 co-organizers attended this meeting. Yang Yonggang, as executive vice president of executive vice president of Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong(SCCG), attended this conference and delivered an important speech.

On November 27, 2018, Wu Dongping, deputy secretary general of CTA, Li Changzhi, chief editor of magzine “Chinese Trademark”, and Yang Yonggang, the excutive president of CTA’s GI branch and president of Beijing Huangjinzhihui Intellecutal Property Agency Ltd., which is the long-term consultation company for Fenjiu Group, visited Shanxi Fenjiu Group and had a discussion with Zhao Yantao, its marketing director, Wang Lijuan, deputy marketing director, Liu Jigong, director of legal department, Shi Fenbin, director of IP department, and Yan Jian, deputy director of anti-counterfeit office.

On November 21, 2018, at the invitation from the Administration for Food and Market Regulation of Hengshui City, our president Yang Yonggang gave a lecture on Madrid international trademark registration and hosted a discussion about this matter.

On Brazil time November 08, 2018, Our president Yang Yonggang was invited to visit ABPI and had in-depth communication with its vice president Gabriel Leonardos and consultants Ricardo Boclin、Rodrigo S.Bonan Aguiar etc.

On Brazil time November 7, 2018, our president Yang Yonggang was invited to visit ASPI and had in-depth communication with its vice president Mauricio Serino Lia.

On Argentina time November 5, 2018, by invitation, our president Yang Yonggang was invited to visit INPI where he was welcomed by its president Dámaso Pardo and respective directors of trademark review, trademark design, and international relation department and the two parties had in-depth communication.

On November 4, 2018, our vice president Guo Jiangfeng sign a contract on behalf of our company, officially entering Yangling exhibition and trade center of agricultural technology.

On September 18, 2018, at the invitation of Zhang Chu, dean of the law school of Xihua University, our president Yang Yonggang gave a lecture on “the registration, management and improvement of geographical indications” at its moot court.

On September 17, 2019, our president Yang Yonggang was invited to give a lecture on “the establishment, management and improvement of regional public brand” at the training class of Targeted-poverty Alleviation through GI Trademarks hosted by state department of trade, commerce and market regulation in Langzhong, Sishuan Province.

On September 3, 2018, our president Yang Yonggang was invited to give a lecture on “the management and improvement of agricultural brand & targeted poverty alleviation through GI” at the seminar of Tangshan Economic Transition through Promoting Trade Environment by Intellectual Property co-hosted by Tangshan IP Committee of Lawyer Association and Tangshan Law Society’s Civil and Commercial Branch in Tangshan technology center.

From August 31 to September 4, 2018, “culture exhibition on finding the beauty of geographical indication trademarks” and “targeted poverty alleviationexhibition on finding the beauty of gepgraphical indication trademarks” were held at Tangshan Southlake Convention & Exhibition Center. Beijing Huangjinzhihui Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. was the leading designer and collection provider for the culture exhibition, whose main display board was 36 meters long, divided in to five chapters, namely, “brand strategy of GI trademarks under the ideological guidance of President Xi Jinping”, “leadership of the No. 1 central document”, “historical documents, part one”, “historical documents, part two” and “development history”, making it one of the lightspots of this year’s trademark festival. Huangjinzhihui is also the designer of the poverty alleviation exhibition, whose display board was 30 meters long, showing the ten most typical cases of “targeted poverty alleviation through the beauty of GI trademarks”, such as that of “Wanrong Apple”, “Qianxi Chesnut”, “Sanya Mango”, “Menghai Tea”, “Xingren myotonin” and “Dongtou hizikia fusiformis ”.

On September 3, 2018, at the closing reception of this year’s China Trademark Festival, “Wanrong Apple”, for which our company provide service, won “the golden award of 2018 China brand trademark expo”.

On September 2, 2018, hosted by our company and the GI branch of CTA, “Huangjinzhihui-Finding the Beauty of Geographical Indication Trademarks Reception” was held at Huihuang banquet hall in Tangshan Pullman Hotel, where distinguished guests from CTA, China Industry and Commerce Press, Trademark Association of Hebei Province, China Oil & Foodstuffs Corporation and China University of Political Science and Law, and our president Yang Yonggang made welcoming address. Also, during the tasting, five persons in charge of Qianxi Chestnut, Taihe blackbone chicken, Mengdingshan Tibetan Tea, Huludao Plum and Wanrong Apple delivered speeches respectively. Personnels from such gaint companies as Tencent, Evergrande and Fenjiu Group were present to send their congratulations. Over 200 people from China and America, Europe, Asia and Africa, including representatives of GI trademark theory, service and indusdry circles, officials of intellectual property, scholars and agencies, attended this event.

On September 2, 2018, at the Forum on Finding the Beauty of Geographical Indication Trademarks, Our president Yang Yonggang was appointed as the new executive president of CTA’s GI branch. After the appointment ceremony, he hosted the rest forum.

On September 1, 2018, the winners of “Excellent Trademar Agency Case Award for the years 2017 to 2018” were announced at “the forum on typical trademark case analysis--trademark law amendment about the rules on malicious registration ”; a series of 52 trademarks such as “滨州港”, ”POROFBINZHOU and Device”, for which China Binzhou Port Co., Ltd appointed our company as agent, won the “Excellent Trademark Agency Case Award”, making our company win this award for consecutive 7 years from 2012-2018.

On August 31, 2018, at this year’s China Trademark Festival’s welcome ceremony, the winners of “Excellent Trademark Agency for the years 2017 to 2018” were announced by the CTA. Our company won this award for consecutive 7 years from 2012-2018

On August 31, this year’s China Trademark Festival’s welcome ceremony was held at Tangshan Southlake Convention & Exhibition Center. Our company was awarded one of China’s first “Golden model for Trademark Agency Service(2018-2021)”; our president Yang Yonggang received the medal.

On August 31, 2018, our vice president attended the second council meeting of the 4^th CTA.

On June 30, 2018, our president Yang Yonggang was employed as adjunct researcher at the institute of China Geographical Indications of Southwest University of Political Science & Law.

On June 18, 2018, Huangjinzhihui scholarship signing & granting ceremony was held at the moot court of Zhengzhou University’s Law School where Yang Yonggang, vice president of the Law school’s alumni association in Beijing and president of Huangjinzhihui, Wu Biguang, dean of North China University of Technology’s Law Department and president of the alumni association of Zhengzhou University’s Law School in Beijing, and Zhao Minghao, vice principal of Zhengzhou University, were present.

On May 19 to 27, 2018, lead by our Chen Huijuan, manager of our international department, a delegation of our company visited the 140^th INTA annual meeting held in Seattle, America, signed contracts on trademark and IP with people from over 100 countries and attended CTA-INTA forum and “Night of China” reception co-hosted by CTA and INTA.

On May 22, 2018, press conference on the series activity of “Finding the Beauty of Geographical Indication Trademarks” for 2018’s China Trademark Festival was held in beijing. As one of the main planner and propeller, our president Yang Yonggang attended this conference.

On May 21, 2018, hosted by China Industry and Commerce Press and supported by China’s Trademark office of National IP Administration and Xinjiang Commer and Trade Administration, a one-week forum and training class on “targeted poverty alleviation through GI Trademark” was held in Wulumuqi. Our vice-president Guo Jiangfeng attended and delivered an important speech.

On April 21, 2018, as the executive vice president of Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong(SCCG), our president Yang Yonggang was invited to attend the forum on caring the migrant workers hosted by Wanrong County, Shanxi Province and held in Guangdong Province. Du Zhongwei, secretary of the county, awarded “letter of appointment of Wanrong economic development consultant” to Yang Yonggang, Jia Libing and Dong Shige, who are famous Wanrong natives in Guangdong Province.

On April, 2018, the announcement made by Beijing Municipal Tax Service of State Taxtation Administration and Beijing Local Taxation Bureau showed that our company was granted “Beijing tax credit A-level enterprise for 2017” by both Beijing State Taxation Administration and Local Taxation Bureau, making our company win this award for consecutive two years.

During the two sessions on March, 2018, our president Yang Yonggang took the interview by China industry & commerce, giving opinion on such issues as the sharp reduce in trademark review time.

On March 2018, our president Yang Yonggang was selected as the Cover person of the special issue for Two Sessions of “Elite Youth”magzine. With the theme on “Yang Yonggang, opening the road to prosperous agriculture through geographical indication trademarks”, this special issue gave an in-depth interview to Yang Yonggang on such topics as “GI trademarks opens a new road to poverty alleviation, promoting the modernization of rural areas” and made a full report, attracting the attention of two sessions’ participants.

On February 4, 2018, the forum on legal science establishment in Double First-Class initiative was held in Beijing where our president Yang Yonggang as the vice president of law school alumni association attended.

On February 4, 2018, the founding ceremony of the Beijing branch of Zhengzhou University’s law school alumni association & signing ceremony between the law school of Zhengzhou University and Huangjinzhihui IP was held in Beijing. Our president Yang Yonggang was elected as vice president of the alumni association, and signed cooperation agreement of Huangjinzhihui IP-Zhengzhou University’s law school with Miao Lianying, dean of the law school.

On January 21, 2018, “the 2018 Lingnan IP new year banquet” hosted by southern China IP culture promotion center of Guangdong, IP research and development center of Guangdong and knowledge economy development promotion association of Guangdong was held at Guangzhou Mansion. Sun Ying, vice president of our company and president of our Guangdong subsidiary company, was invited and delivered a keynote speech.

On January 10, 2018, the trademark association of Nanhai, Foshan held its 2017 annual meeting & the fourth congress during its first session which Sun Ying, president of our Guangdong subsidiary company, was invited to. In the regular election, our company was once again elected as the vice president of Nanhai trademark association.
