On December 2015, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency was elected as committee member for Academic Committee of Trademark Agency Section, CTA.

On December 12-13, 2015, staff of our agency were invited and participated in training session on implementation of branding strategy for enterprises held in Guangzhou by CTA.

On November 26-27, 2015, staff of our agency were took part in training session on hot-spot issues and practical since implementation of new trademark law.

On October 28, 2015, held by Hangzhou Trademark Association, Trademark and Advertising Department of Huzhou Market Supervision Administration and Tea Department of Professional Committee for Chinese SME Association of Geographical Indication Product, organized in collaboration with Hangzhou Xihu Longjing Tea Association, Hangzhou Delong Intellectual Property Agency, seminar on trademark management on geographical indication certification marks for Xihu Longjing tea and other tea was held in Hangzhou Hengjing Guomao Hotel. Attendees include specialists, academics and leaders from Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Zhejiang University, China Farmer Daily, Agricultural Department of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Market Supervision Administration, People’s Government of Xihu District, Xihu Tea Research Coucil. Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency, as Director of Law Department for Professional Committee for Chinese SME Association of Geographical Indication Product made an important speech.

On October 18, 2015, Our agency was awarded Trademark case for the year of 2014 to 2015 in the 2015 China Trademark Festival held in Haikou Convention Center. The award was elected from trademark cases submitting by enterprises, agencies and law firms, trademark cases collecting by CTA nationwide, judges include heads of major departments of TMO, renowned judges for intellectual property, specialists, academics. Of more than a few hundreds of trademark cases for the year of 2014 and 2015, 22 cases were awarded, only about 10 agencies and law firms were awarded, Chen Jinchuan, Vice president of Beijing Intellectual Property Court and 2 other leaders gave the winners award.

On August 16, 2015, inauguration ceremony of the first national social group for geographical indication Professional Committee for Chinese SME Association of Geographical Indication Product was held in Xinfadi, Beijing. General Manger of our agency Yang Yonggang was elected as Vice Chairman and Director of Law Department, together with Duan Ruichun, Chairman of China Law Association on Science and Technology and Zhang Erxi, Chairman of Xinfadi and other leaders, Yong Yonggang made a keynote speech.

On July 28,2015, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency was invited to attend Inauguration Ceremony of Institute of Chinese brand research, Renmin University of China & Forum on Brand Competitiveness and Innovative Development. Zhang Mao,Minister of SAIC, Liu Junchen, Vice Minister of SAIC, Liu Fan, Chairman of CTA, Chen Yulu, Principle of Renmin University of China attended the forum.

On July 16, 2015, our agency was invited and participated in seminar on trademark professional exchange, experts from TMO and Trademark Examination Cooperation Center gave lecture.

On June 11, 2015, High-level Seminar on Chinese Agricultural Product Brands & Inaugural Ceremony of Conventional Center of National Geographical Indication Products was hosted in Xinfadi, Beijing, staff of our company attended the seminar.

On July 2-3, 2015, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency took part in High-level Seminar on Practice of Trademark Review & Revision of Standard of Trademark Examination and Review hosted by CTA in Xi’an.

On June 29, 2015, our agency was invited and participate in Seminar for Standing Council Members and Above.

On June 8, 2015, approved by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C., Beijing Jinyong Haizhi Patent Agency was established.

On May 28, 2015, staff of our agency took part in training for formality of trademark application forms hosted by CTA in Guangzhou.

On May 12, 2015, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency was invited to attend 2015 Shanxi and Guangdong Industrial Cooperation Project Promotion Seminar hosted by the Provincial People’s Government of Shanxi in Baiyun Conventional Center in Guangzhou. Wang Yixin, Deputy Provincial Governor of the Provincial People’s Government of Shanxi, Xu Shangwu, Vice President of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Guangdong Province, made important speeches.

On May 8, 2015, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency took part in the training workshop on promote knowledge of trademark and implementation of branding strategy hosted by Guangdong Trademark Association and Market Supervision Administration of Shunde.

On May 7, 2015, Foshan Trademark Association hosted “Sharing Forum on Trademark Right Enforcement and Management”, Yang Yonggang, general manager of our agency, was invited as the keynote speaker.

On April 16-18, 2015, staffs of our agency took part in the “2015 Trademark Attorney Training and Examination and achieved good result.

On February 14, 2015, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency was honored as “Pioneer of Chinese Geographical Indications” in an event organized by Contemporary China Pictorial and support by the Trademark Office of The State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

On January 15, 2015, in the annual council member meeting of Foshan Trademark Association, our agency was elected as Vice Chairman of Foshan Trademark Association, Yang Yonggang, General Manager of our agency attended the committee meeting.

On January 14, 2015, in the 2nd council member meeting of Nanhai Trademark Association held in Nanhai Yingbinguan Hotel, our agency was elected as council member.
