From June 2008 to October 2012, worked as examiner in trademark review and adjudication board of State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China(SAIC);

In 2010, awarded “third prize for excellent assistant service in 2008-2010”;

From June 2011 to May 2012, transfered to Trademark Office for ruling on trademark oppositions;

From the beginning of 2014 to date, working as Department Manager in Huangjinzhihui IP.

Specialities:

2. Such agency and legal service as trademark registration application, change of information, assignment, renewal, permission, cancellation to three years non-use, review and adjudication, and administrative litigation.

During her period as an examiner, she took a leading role in hearing over 3000 cases like invalidation announcement, response to cancellation and response to provisional refusal, including that of Harry Potter, Samsung, Wuliangye, Septwolves, China International Trust and Investment Corporation and Fukuhara Ai etc., and appeared in court on behalf of the trademark review and adjudication board for over 100 times.

During her period as our Department Manager, she provides continued service to such large enterprises as Shenzhen Tencent, Shanxi Fenjiu, Nestle hsu fu chi, Liby Group, Bluesky Liubizhi, Jinritoutiao, Shangpin Home delivery, China National Cotton Reserve, Binzhou Port and Dayun Heavy truck, and did a successful agency job for such GI certification marks as Yuncheng Apple, Xunke Soyabean, Sanshuilubao Dried fish, Pingluyulu fragrant pear. The “Binzhou Port” response to provisional refusal case that she handled was selected as national excellent case in 2018.
