From June 2008 to August 2012, worked as examiner in trademark review and adjudication board of State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China(SAIC);

In 2011, granted “Excellent Examiner” by SAIC;

From 2013 to date, working as Department Manager in our company.

During her period as an examiner, she reviewed over 3000 cases like invalidation announcement, response to cancellation and response to provisional refusal, including that of BMW, Wal-Mart, Hermes, L'Oreal, Montagut, and appeared in court on behalf of the trademark review and adjudication board for over 100 times.

During her period as our Department Manager, she provides continued service to such large enterprises as Shenzhen Tencent, Monalisa, Marco Polo, Oceano, Tibet Da Group, Tibet Qomolangma Glacier, Livzon Medicine, Camel Clothing, JV J Group from UAE, and did a successful agency job for such GI certification marks as Pandaogou nectarine, Nenjiang Wheat, Nenjiang Kidney bean, Huludao stichopus japonicus. The “Ye Wen” opposition case and Tencent “Shixiong” invalidation case that she handled was selected as national excellent trademark cases for 2016-2017, the case notes of which was recorded in “2016-2017 excellent trademark agency case analysis” pubulished by China Industry and Commerce Press.
